We use artificial intelligence in support tasks, under a written institutional policy and with authorised tools. Advanced signature with the tax administration's e.firma, advanced electronic signature in commercial matters under the Commerce Code, and rules of attribution, integrity and non-repudiation stipulated within the instrument itself, so that the signature is not litigated separately from the obligation.
Retention layer.
Retention certificate under NOM-151-SCFI-2016 issued by an accredited provider, time stamping and a cryptographic hash per document, with exportable integrity verification that stands on its own as an element of proof.
Security layer.
Electronic document management and custody with end-to-end encryption, role-based access control and two-factor authentication, an immutable audit trail, information security auditing and personal data protection policies.
Legal analytics and predictive analysis.
Machine learning over large volumes of legal information —case law, precedent, matter history— to estimate the probability of success, identify tax burden trends and detect anomalies before they escalate.
Natural language processing over contracts.
Extraction of key clauses, identification of contractual risks and anomalies, and documentary due diligence at a scale manual review cannot reach. This is what turns a signed contract into a governable instrument.
