Forging a document takes minutes. Disproving it takes months.
Contracts, quotes, payment instruction letters, certificates and notices circulate as PDFs and on paper. Changing a logo, a figure or a bank account is enough for a third party to act on a document the company never issued.
A signature proves who signed; it does not tell the recipient whether what they hold is the version the company registered. CENTINELA closes that gap with an official folio register and a QR code anyone can verify.

Issuance
The document, in its final version, is registered and receives a unique folio and its verification QR code, placed on every page without interfering with the content.
Registration
Every folio is entered in the official folio register: issuer, date, recipient and version, with an audit log of every change and periodic anchoring on the blockchain.
Verification
The recipient scans the code and confirms, on the firm's domain, who issued the document and the data under which it was registered. A non-existent or altered folio shows up on the spot.
Monitoring
Alerts on issued documents not registered on time, scan metrics and integrity reports for management.
