What cookies are and what this policy covers
Cookies are small files a site stores in your browser to recognise your session, remember your preferences or understand how the site is used. This policy explains exactly which files www.americalegal.law stores, for what purpose, how long they last and how you can refuse them. It applies to this site and to the subdomains operated by ; it does not apply to the third-party sites we link to.
Strictly necessary cookies
They sustain the session, the security of forms and the language. Without them the site does not work, so they do not require your consent and cannot be refused from the site; you can only delete them from your browser, accepting that some functions will stop behaving correctly.

Campaign attribution cookies
They are created only if you arrive at the site from a link containing campaign parameters. They record the channel the visit came from, so that we can measure how effective our communications are. They do not profile your behaviour and are not combined with data from other sites.

What this site does not do
As at the date of this policy, the site does not use analytics cookies (there is no Google Analytics or equivalent tool installed), does not use third-party advertising cookies, does not embed social media pixels and does not sell or transfer browsing data to anyone. If we introduce measurement in future, we will do so with a cookieless tool or with prior consent, and we will update this policy before switching it on.
How you accept, refuse or change your mind
On your first visit a notice appears with two options: «Only essentials», which limits the site to the cookies in section II, and «I agree», which additionally authorises preference cookies. Your choice is stored in your own browser and you can withdraw it at any time with the button below, which erases the record of your decision and shows you the notice again.
How to delete them from your browser
All browsers let you view, block and delete cookies. In Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies. In Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage website data. In Firefox: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and site data. In Edge: Settings → Cookies and site permissions. Blocking necessary cookies will prevent you from signing in and submitting forms.
Personal data, legal basis and third parties
The cookies described do not by themselves reveal your identity. Where the information they generate is associated with data you provide to us, it is processed in accordance with Mexican legislation on the protection of personal data held by private parties and with our Privacy Notice. Necessary cookies are installed because they are indispensable to providing the service you request; the rest, only with your consent. The site runs on the Odoo platform, which acts as processor and hosts the infrastructure; the durations shown are those configured by that platform and may change with its updates.

This policy may be amended when the site's technologies or the regulatory framework change. The version in force is always the one published at this address, with the date shown at the foot.
