Whistleblowing Line
A channel for reporting conduct contrary to the law, to our Code of Ethics or to our internal policies, committed by the Firm's personnel or by third parties acting on its behalf.
Who can report
The channel is open to clients, suppliers, staff and anyone with knowledge of a situation of this nature.
What can be reported
Acts of corruption, bribery or undeclared conflict of interest; improper handling of confidential client information; discrimination, harassment or workplace or sexual harassment; breach of anti-money-laundering obligations; and any other conduct contrary to applicable law or to our internal policies.
Anonymity and confidentiality
You may report anonymously. If you choose to identify yourself, your identity will be treated confidentially and known only to those taking part in the investigation.
Prohibition of retaliation
The Firm prohibits any retaliation against anyone who files a report in good faith or cooperates in its investigation. Retaliation is in itself a sanctionable offence.

By email to denuncia@americalegal.law; through the form on this page; or by post addressed to the Ethics Committee, Avenida Insurgentes Sur 1425, floor 7, Colonia Insurgentes Mixcoac, Alcaldía Benito Juárez, Mexico City, C.P. 03920.
What happens next
Every report is registered and acknowledged within five business days. The Ethics Committee determines whether it is admissible, directs the investigation and decides within the following thirty business days. If you identified yourself, you will be informed of the outcome.
